Questions, Answered Plainly
Will my name appear anywhere in your marketing?
No. No client is named, photographed, quoted or referenced in any marketing material without separate written permission, and permission is never a condition of representation. The default is silence.
Can I purchase through an entity or trust?
Entity and trust purchases are common for private clients and are structured with your attorney and CPA. Marilena coordinates the transaction around the structure your advisors choose; she does not provide legal or tax advice and does not select the structure.
Can showings be arranged outside normal hours?
Off-hours and private showings are arranged wherever the seller's side will accommodate them. Availability depends on the listing agent and occupant, so it is confirmed property by property rather than promised in advance.
Can you work around a season or tour schedule?
Yes — that is the core of this engagement. Search windows, tour blocks, inspection periods and closing dates are sequenced around the calendar you provide, and your representatives are kept in the loop at whatever level of detail you specify.
