Privacy Policy
This policy describes how information submitted through this website is handled. It reflects how the site is actually built — the fields the forms send, where they are sent, and which third parties the pages load. It is not a generic template.

What This Site Does Not Do
- It sets no cookies of its own. (Embedded third-party services can set their own — see the table below.)
- It stores nothing in your browser's local or session storage.
- It runs no analytics, advertising pixels or session-recording scripts.
- It sells no personal information, and never has.
Information You Give Us
Only through a form, and only what the form shows. Across the site that is: first and last name, email, phone, market or state of interest, what you are (buyer, seller, relocating, investor), timeline, preferred contact method and best time, the guide or brief you asked for, and your message. Some pages add planning detail you enter yourself — current city and state, whether you own or rent, destination, property type, priorities, price range, financing approach, and the result of any assessment or profiler you completed on the page.
Consent is required on every form. A submission without it is rejected by the server, not merely discouraged.
Information Collected Automatically with a Submission
When you submit a form, these are attached: the page URL and its path, the referring page, any utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign or utm_content campaign parameters in the link you arrived on, the time your browser recorded and the time our server received it. Your IP address is used briefly and only to rate-limit repeated submissions; it is not stored with your inquiry or sent onward.
Every form also carries a hidden decoy field. If it is filled, the submission is discarded as automated. Nothing you can see is a trap.
Where It Goes
One route, no exceptions: the form posts to this site's own endpoint, which forwards it to Make.com, which creates or updates the contact in Follow Up Boss — the client-relationship system Marilena uses to respond, send a requested guide and set a follow-up reminder. Make.com and Follow Up Boss act as our processors under their own agreements and privacy policies. Nothing is published, posted or shared anywhere else, and no lead information is written to server logs.
If delivery cannot be confirmed, the form tells you so and offers a phone number and email address instead. It never silently reports success.

Each of these sees your IP address and browser information as a normal consequence of loading a file, and each may set its own cookies or browser storage when it loads or when you interact with it — Calendly and the YouTube player both do. Each is governed by its own privacy policy, not this one. Links to YouTube, TikTok, and to government, school-district and consumer agency resources are ordinary links — nothing is sent to them until you choose to follow one.
Your Choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold, or to stop hearing from us, email realestatebymarilena@gmail.com or call 702-720-9911. Ask for removal and we will remove you from the follow-up system rather than merely flagging you. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights; we will honor them on request.
Still to Be Finalized
Two items require decisions we will not invent here: how long inquiry records are retained in Follow Up Boss, and the formal identification and response process for statutory rights requests. Both will be stated plainly here once settled with counsel and the brokerage. Until then, a request made by email or phone is handled manually.
Children
This site is not directed to children and no form asks for a child's information.
