Accessibility Statement

Real Estate by Marilena is committed to making this website usable for the widest possible audience, in line with WCAG 2.2 AA guidance.

Measures We Have Taken

• A skip-to-content link and semantic landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) on every page
• One h1 per page and a consistent heading order beneath it
• Visible keyboard focus on every interactive element — a 2px outline, never a removed focus ring
• A keyboard-operable navigation menu: the mobile menu button reports its expanded state, sections open and close with Enter or Space, and Escape closes the open section and then the menu
• Navigation and the persistent call and consultation bar are built to a minimum 44 × 44 pixel touch target on small screens
• Every form field has a visible label; submission results are announced to screen readers, and errors offer a phone and email alternative
• Calculators, planners and assessments are usable by keyboard and announce their results
• Videos never autoplay. Nothing loads from a video provider until you choose to play a video, and AI-generated video content is disclosed on the page
• Animation and smooth scrolling are disabled automatically when your device requests reduced motion
• Layouts are built to reflow to a single column on small screens, and text can be resized by your browser or device
• Images carry text alternatives, and decorative marks are hidden from assistive technology

Known Limitations

• Third-party content we do not control — the consultation scheduler and embedded video players — may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. A phone and email path is offered alongside every embedded tool.
• Testing so far has been structural and keyboard-based. A full assistive-technology audit with screen readers on real devices has not yet been completed.
• Reflow, text-resize and touch-target behaviour are built to the standard but have not yet been measured on real devices across the full range of screen sizes. Please tell us if anything is difficult to reach or read on your device.
• Documents offered for download have not yet been remediated for accessibility. Request any guide by phone or email and an accessible alternative will be provided.

Conformance

This site is designed against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We describe it as partially conformant: most of the standard is met, and the limitations above are documented rather than claimed as resolved.
